Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging, unopened, and with all safety seals intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send the package back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
